I stole this from Tom's blog because I really like it:
Hudson tidbit: "When it's done right, the long-term training process is like an asymptote. The line that the training process moves toward but never reaches is 'perfect training'.....while it's impossible to train perfectly, it is possible to train better and better." Favorite Blogs: |

| | In 1:23. Having debilitating knee pain when I start running now and out of nowhere during my runs. Can't take another step when it happens. Started back on glucosamine a couple days ago. Hope that kicks it!!! I have a Ragnar Relay team depending on me now. |

| | Felt good. Had mixed feelings about trying to make up some mileage with a long run but opted for conservative mileage to keep the knee happy. Iced afterwards just as a precaution. |
