Just finished Surf City in 4:09. Ran two marathons May 2009: Orange County (4:21) and LA (4:15). Short-Term Running Goals: Still want to qualify for Boston (3:50).
Want to qualify for the NYC Marathon by running a 1:37 half marathon.

SoCal Ragnar Relay (April 15-16) finished
Orange County Half Marathon (May 1) finished in 2:00, a PR for half, but I've run 13 miles faster than that lots of times.... Going after a BQ once again in the Long Beach Marathon Oct. 9 Also doing a sprint triathlon, my first, at Camp Pendleton Aug 6.
Long-Term Running Goals: I want to keep running marathons into my 70s.
